Shipping, Delivery Cancellation and Refund
Payment for courses or services
In order to pay for the course/s or services offered by Xclaz Edutech the user need to pay using the electronic payment method only. We do not accept other forms of payments. We are using Razorpay payment gateway for this purpose.
Shipping and Delivery Charges
The course contents are in the digital media format. The same can be accessed/viewed on the users’ Android device immediately after making a successful payment. Therefore, no shipping and delivery charges are applicable.
Cancellation
Before making the payment you must have tried the course. A significant amount of course content is made available ( approximately 20% ) during the trail period. However, if a user wants to cancel the order with a full refund then, he may do so in seven days from the date of enrolment. To cancel the enrolment into a course the user shall write to [email protected] with the enrolment details which can be accessed on the course’s home page. The cancellation request should reach us within seven days from the date of enrolment to become eligible to receive refund.
Refund
Users are eligible to receive full refund only if they decide to cancel within seven days from the date of of enrolment. The cancellation request should have a screenshot of the Enrolment details, upi id(to transfer refund) and email address of the user without which refund can not be initiated.
Under any circumstances refund claims are not accepted after the stipulated seven days from the date of payment. Failure on the part of a student to claim services that he or she has signed up for will result in the forfeiture of amount.
